We found the Ridings at Rehoboth accidentally. We were out looking at homes and took a wrong turn. It turned out to be the best mistake we’ll ever make. We had already looked at 100 homes, so we knew when we saw the Prestwick model it might be right for us. After touring the model the sales representative took us around the community to the clubhouse. It was beautiful and equipped just like we wanted. The community is lovely with large lots and a nice mix of neighbors, many who like us were relocating so we felt sure we would make friends. He then took us to a Prestwick spec home. As soon as we stepped in the front door it felt like home. The spacious yet efficient floor plan was perfect for our family. The finishes are beautiful and the construction satisfied our high standards. We made our decision to buy that day and have had no regrets. Dave Quattrini was very helpful during the home buying process and answered any questions we had quickly. Tim Gray, the site manager, met with us on settlement day for a walk thru of our house. He showed us all the systems and explained how they worked and the home warranty. All the Beazer employees we have dealt with have been very professional and helpful. We have been in our home six weeks. We have made many new friends and we couldn’t be happier with our home and the community.
