So you want to build a house, humm. Scary! We know, we have been there. We looked at over 300 houses before we decided to build. For the same amount of money we got a new house with everything we wanted, instead of a used house that would need work.It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. I work with commercial construction but my wife has never seen anything get built.
We watched the house get erected. It was like a wonderful waltz being performed. Each man had a job and did it. In 4 hours our frame was up, under roof and then cleaned. Yes, cleaned. Beazer keeps a very clean job site. Your house will be swept out daily and the grounds will be picked up. I mention this to show you the level of detail that your home will be taken care off. Our Construction Manager kept us well informed. I would visit the job site daily at different times of the day and would run into him. He kept on top of every level of construction. He was very patient with my wife and her questions about construction. Our sales representative was a dream to work with. Building is suppose to be stressful but not with Beazer. The staff is well educated and will walk side by side with you on your journey in building your new home. The staff at the design center will help you get that design you want but can't describe. Even at closing we had a fun time. The staff made sure we understood every piece of paper we signed. They made sure we had a check list of agencies to contact to get tax exemptions. We love our new home and new community. We really love the lower utility bills.

We had a huge decision to make, in the Summer of 2009, after our current house sold in only four days. With the economy in the state it was in we were really nervous about building a brand new house but we had to make a rather quick decision. We met with a salesperson at Beazer, Amy S., who took the time to listen to our needs (and wants) and helped us find the perfect site and floor plan. Amy, and Beazer, were more than accommodating with our current situation and gave us the time we needed to make a decision that was right for us. Once all the papers were signed, we had a really fun time working with Erin L. at the Design Studio - her design knowledge was invaluable. When it came to building the house we had zero knowledge (but thought we did) so we asked plenty of structural questions along the way and both Amy and the project manager, Matt K., worked together to address all our questions/ concerns. We built our new home with Beazer in 2009 and just wanted to take a moment to share our experience to let you know what a fabulous company you have. From the Sales office, to design center to the Site Supervisor, they all really did make this such a pleasant experience. The Sales Person in the model home was well versed in the product and options that were available to us. She listened to our needs and wants and helped us put together a house that not only provided way more storage and comfort than we thought possible but is truly our "home".
The same holds true for the design center,our Design Studio Counselor assisted us in our selections from light fixtures to flooring. Again the big thing was that she listened to us during the process and because she listened she was able to off suggestions to help us get the look we wanted and the most bang for our "design" buck. The options available far surpass any other home builder and we have built a total of three homes now. You never feel rushed, you are made to feel like you are a priority and get all the attention or space that you need when making these huge decisions. When we started building our new home,the site supervisor was readily accessible for questions or concerns. Returned calls within a reasonable amount of time and if there were issues or delays a lot of times he was on the phone with us before we could get to him and the problems were resolved. He kept the project moving and kept the contractors on their toes. The site was kept clean and well maintained.
We have already had our first "walk through" after closing, at 45 days. Our Customer Care Representative was on the phone with us and set up a time to come walk through the home and go over any concerns we had and get them taken care of. In two weeks time all of our concerns had been compeletly addressed. I have no doubts or concerns that should anything arise in the future Beazer will take care of them promptly as well. I would encourage anybody looking to build a new home to check with Beazer first before going anywhere else.

I really can't say enough nice things about everyone I've dealt with at Beazer! Building my new Beazer home was a great experience. Although this was not my first time building a house, I can tell you it was a much more enjoyable experience than the first time. The team at Beazer never treated me as a customer but as a member of the Beazer family. Any question or concern I had was always answered promptly and I never felt like I bothered them in any way. The Beazer team always made me feel as I was their number one priority even after closing on my new Beazer home. I love my new home!
